About
Ebimoboere Alaibe Elezieanya—widely known as Ebi Alaibe Elezieanya—is a Nigerian educational entrepreneur, literacy advocate, and women’s empowerment leader. She is the founder of the I-Teach Africa Initiative, an international non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth and women through education, mentorship, and grassroots advocacy.
Ebi holds a Master's degree in Business Management, International Relations, and Politics from the University of Hull. She is also a Global MBA candidate at the University of London and has completed executive programs at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, and Lagos Business School.
Her professional journey includes nearly a decade in banking and finance, followed by a transition into education. She founded Little Einstein Montessori Academy and Einstein International Grade School in Abuja, institutions that focus on early childhood education and literacy.
Ebi's commitment to women's empowerment is evident in her public engagements, including a recent feature on AIT's Weekend Show, where she discussed women's leadership and empowerment.
While Ebi has not held an elected political office, she is recognized as a Women in Politics Champion, advocating for increased female participation in governance and policy-making.
